We absolutely accept donations in the form of gowns, accessories, as well as store/mall gift cards. Monetary donations are welcomed in order to cover the cost of gasoline that is used to make pick-ups. We are always happy to accept all sizes, often we do have a need for larger sizes. Our preference is that the dresses not be more than 5 years old. However, in the past, students in the fashion dept. of the local Vocational High school have re-created gowns/dresses from the 80s. Alterations and cost of such are up to the student to pay for. We do have a list of seamstresses and local people who do alterations for a reasonable amount.
In the past we have had drop off points, we will update you as soon as we have established them for this years dress drive.
Our location is portable, however, most of our work is done in a small home office located in historic Haverhill, MA. We concentrate on the students of Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen, Andover, and North Andover.
